Als commercieel manager bestaand vastgoed zorg jij ervoor dat jouw collega's betrokken blijven bij uitdagende en grootschalige verduurzamingsprojecten. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in renovaties en transitieprojecten door al in een vroeg stadium potentiële opdrachtgevers te identificeren. Je biedt ondersteuning bij het maken van slimme keuzes om het vastgoed toekomstbestendig en optimaal bruikbaar te houden. Daarnaast adviseer je over hoe het vastgoed zijn waarde kan behouden. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden manage je verwachtingen en bouw je aan duurzame relaties. Je werkt samen in een commercieel team waarin je wordt ondersteund door een planontwikkelaar en een plancoördinator die hun expertise inzetten op technisch vlak en bij prijsvorming. Jouw rol is het acquireren van opdrachtgevers, het adviseren van klanten en het realiseren van concrete projecten. Jij neemt de leiding in het opstellen van acquisitieplannen en werkt samen met je team aan een succesvolle strategie. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Hbo werk -en denkniveau in de richting bouwkunde, vastgoed -en makelaardij of commerciële economie - Kennis, affiniteit of een netwerk in de vastgoedsector Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Salaris: 5500 tot 7500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur - Aangevuld met een bonuscomponent - Bedrijfswagen inclusief tankkaart, laptop en telefoon - Overige arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao bouw & infra UTA Bedrijfsprofiel .
