Als Commercieel Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van onze commerciële strategie. Je werkt nauw samen met de marketing- en technische afdelingen om onze marktpositie te versterken. Jouw diepgaande kennis en ervaring in de dakenbranche zijn essentieel voor deze rol. Je zult verkoopstrategieën ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij de markttrends, het team coachen en ondersteunen, en klantrelaties onderhouden. In deze functie analyseer je voortdurend de markttrends om kansen te identificeren en de verkoopstrategieën daarop af te stemmen. Het beheren en coachen van je team is een belangrijke taak, waarbij je hen motiveert en ondersteunt om hun verkoopdoelen te bereiken. Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande klanten en bent daarnaast actief bezig met het werven van nieuwe klanten om ons klantenbestand uit te breiden. Samenwerking met de marketingafdeling is cruciaal om succesvolle promotiecampagnes te ontwikkelen die onze producten en diensten effectief in de markt zetten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verkoop- en marketingstrategieën goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd om zo de beste resultaten te behalen. Bovendien rapporteer je regelmatig over de verkoopprestaties aan het management, waarbij je inzicht geeft in de voortgang en eventuele aanpassingen in de strategie voorstelt. Je rol als Commercieel Manager vereist een combinatie van strategisch denken, marktinzichten en leiderschap. Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en een analytische benadering van de marktdynamiek, waardoor je in staat bent om snel te reageren op veranderingen en nieuwe kansen te benutten.
