Voor een organisatie die actief is binnen het sociaal financiële domein zoeken wij een ervaren Commercieel Manager. In deze functie bent u verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële koers, groei en het rendement. U combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak: u bepaalt de commerciële richting, onderhoudt belangrijke klantrelaties, begeleidt tenders en aanbestedingen en geeft leiding aan een compact team. De organisatie heeft een stevige positie in de markt en wil deze verder uitbouwen. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die het sociaal financiële domein goed kent, beschikt over een relevant netwerk en commercieel én inhoudelijk sterk aan tafel zit. Wat gaat u doen? *U geeft leiding aan een compact team van commerciële en inhoudelijke professionals en werkt daarnaast nauw samen met externe trainers, auteurs en andere vakspecialisten; Uw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: *Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de commerciële strategie en vertalen hiervan naar concrete doelstellingen; *Leidinggeven aan en ontwikkelen van een compact team; *Onderhouden en uitbreiden van strategische klantrelaties; *Zelf oppakken van belangrijke accounts, tenders en aanbestedingen; *Sturen op pipeline, conversie, prijsstelling en rendement; *Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen het sociaal financiële domein en vertalen hiervan naar commerciële kansen; *Meedenken over de ontwikkeling en prioriteiten van het opleidings- en dienstenaanbod; *Onderhouden en uitbreiden van een relevant netwerk binnen het vakgebied; *Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met gemeenten, brancheverenigingen, kennispartners en andere relevante partijen; *Marktontwikkelingen, klantbehoeften en data vertalen naar concrete commerciële plannen; *Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering en ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening.
