Van een Samsonite-koffer met logo tot volledig op maat gemaakte werkkleding voor een bouwbedrijf: bij Samdam gaat er dagelijks van alles de deur uit. Al meer dan 30 jaar zijn we het familiebedrijf achter de relatiegeschenken, het promotioneel textiel en de bedrijfskleding van honderden Belgische en internationale klanten — met vestigingen in België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Roemenië en Hongkong.

Wat we goed kunnen? Producten vinden, maken en leveren. Waar we nu iemand voor zoeken? Om dat verhaal online net zo scherp te vertellen als we het offline waarmaken.

Daarvoor zoeken we een commercieel medewerker: iemand die meedenkt met de klanten, voorstellen uitwerkt en ook onze website en webshop levend houdt, onze nieuwsbrieven verzorgt.

Wat je bij ons doet

Je bent de brug naar ons marketingbureau: je bent hun vast aanspreekpunt, je bezorgt input en beeldmateriaal, bewaakt de planning, geeft feedback op voorstellen en zorgt dat afspraken ook effectief landen. Geen doorgeefluik, je denkt mee over wat werkt.

Je houdt de website en webshop scherp: Nieuwe producten, nieuwe merken, nieuwe campagnes: jij zorgt dat alles correct, volledig en aantrekkelijk online staat. Productbeschrijvingen, foto's, categorieën, landingspagina's voor seizoenen en thema's. Jij bent eigenaar van hoe onze klanten ons online ervaren.

Je volgt prijsaanvragen en offertes op: klanten sturen aanvragen binnen, leveranciers sturen prijzen terug. Jij bewaakt dat alles tijdig en correct gebeurt, volgt op wat blijft hangen en zorgt dat er geen enkele aanvraag tussen de mazen valt. Nauwkeurigheid loont hier letterlijk.

Je verzorgt onze nieuwsbrieven: van concept en selectie tot tekst, opmaak en verzending. Daarna kijk je naar de cijfers: wat werd geopend, waarop werd geklikt, wat doen we volgende keer anders?

Je houdt trends in het oog: wat beweegt er in promotionele producten, duurzame gadgets, workwear en corporate fashion? Welke webshops doen het slim?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in marketing, communicatie, e-commerce of bedrijfsmanagement
  • Dit mag je eerste of tweede job zijn, we begeleiden je van dag één.
  • Je schrijft vlot en foutloos Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een stevige plus (we werken internationaal).
  • Je bent digitaal onderlegd: CMS'en (Wordpress), Mailchimp en Excel schrikken je niet af. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, leergierigheid telt zwaarder
  • Je bent georganiseerd en punctueel, je houdt overzicht wanneer er tien dingen tegelijk lopen
  • Je durft initiatief nemen. Bij ons krijg je ruimte, en die mag je invullen
