We zijn op zoek naar een hands-on commercieel medewerker om het team in Rotterdam te versterken. In deze ondersteunende rol ben je de spil in het team, waarbij je de inspecteurs en buitendienstmedewerkers ondersteunt door administratieve taken op je te nemen. Dit geeft hen de ruimte om zich te focussen op hun kerntaken. Jouw taken - Ondersteuning van inspecteurs en buitendienstmedewerkers - Verwerken en beheren van dossiers en documentatie - Communicatie met klanten en andere belanghebbenden - Bijdragen aan een soepel verloop van interne processen Over Samenwerking Glasverzekering Samenwerking Glasverzekering is dé specialist in glasbreukrisico's en biedt uitgebreid advies. Zij zorgen voor een naadloze afhandeling van schademelding tot herstel, inclusief financiële afwikkeling. Hun focus ligt op klanttevredenheid en risicobeheer. Als partner, draag jij bij aan een zorgeloze ervaring voor de klanten. Vereisten Wie ben jij? - Sparringpartner voor adviseurs, met Mbo/Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Hands-on mentaliteit en leergierigheid - Interesse in verzekeringen, ervaring in het vak is niet noodzakelijk - Nauwkeurigheid en organisatorische vaardigheden - Communicatief sterk, klantvriendelijk en besluitvaardig. - Stressbestendig met een proactieve houding.
