'Gaattie': Wij helpen vakkrachten (timmermannen, hoveniers, schilders) naar vakwerk, dit doen wij door slim (onze software overtreft alles), creatief (kansen zien die niemand ziet) en hard (wat af moet gaat af) samen te werken. Klinkt goed, hé? De Baan Als startend accountmanager word je goed ingewerkt en leer je stap voor stap hoe je bijdraagt aan het succes van de organisatie. (mooie volzin, al zeg ik het zelf). Je start in een binnendienstfunctie, waar je samen met ervaren collega's werkt aan het opstellen van voorstellen, het vormgeven van cv's, het uitbrengen van offertes en het behalen van commerciële targets. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van het klantenbestand, het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, het uitvoeren van CAO-inschalingen en het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers. Ook geef je advies aan zowel medewerkers als bedrijven. Deze functie vormt een uitstekende basis om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig accountmanager of commercieel medewerker. Functie Eisen - Veel motivatie en enthousiasme (we hebben er zin in!)); - Een beetje werkdruk doet je niks, daar ga je goed op; - Sollicitant die op gesprek kan? Klant die 2 vacatures wil openzetten? Jij regelt het wel, je bent een echte 'fixer'; - Je hebt minimaal een MBO-diploma op zak; - Een mailtje naar de klanten zonder spelfouten moeD geen probleem zijn; - Ervaring is niet vereist, wat moet je daar mee…?
