Ben jij het organisatorisch talent dat de klantervaring naar een hoger niveau tilt? Voor een stabiele en bekende speler in de automotive sector in de regio Gent zoeken wij een enthousiaste commercieel medewerker.

In deze functie ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen de verkoop, de werkplaats en de klant. Zodra de showroomverkoper een wagen heeft verkocht, neem jij het stuur over. Jij begeleidt de klant door het hele proces: van de nauwkeurige administratieve voorbereiding tot het feestelijke aflevermoment in de showroom. Met een doorgedreven uitleg over alle opties, technologieën en functies zorg jij ervoor dat de klant met een gegarandeerde glimlach de baan op rijdt!

  • Communicatief & servicegericht: Je bent warm, klantvriendelijk en communiceert vlot en helder met zowel klanten (B2B/B2C) als interne en externe partners (lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen).
  • Organisatorisch & stressbestendig: Je behoudt eenvoudig het overzicht, kunt snel schakelen bij wijzigingen in de planning en blijft rustig onder werkdruk. behalen van maandelijkse doelstellingen geeft jou energie.
  • Passie voor de automotive sector: Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met auto's en leert graag alles over de nieuwste modellen en technologieën om uit te groeien tot de absolute productexpert.
  • Flexibel & een echte teamplayer: Je springt bij waar nodig ¿ of het nu gaat om het verwerken van een onverwachte transportlevering of een rit naar de keuring.
  • Klantcontact & aflevering: Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor de klant, afleverafspraken inplannen en de klant grondig uitleg geven over de functies en opties van hun nieuwe wagen.
  • Logistiek & controle: Nieuwe wagens in ontvangst nemen, grondig controleren op eventuele schade en administratief verwerken.
  • Administratieve afhandeling: Registreren en aanvragen van nummerplaten, contact onderhouden met lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen en een dubbelcheck uitvoeren van alle boorddocumenten.
  • Opvolging & coordinatie: Opvolgen van facturatie en betalingen, en het inplannen en coordineren van extra klantwensen (zoals een trekhaak of specifieke accessoires) met de werkplaats.
  • Polyvalente ondersteuning: Oplossen van ad-hoc taken, zoals het rijden van een wagen naar de autokeuring.
