Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau, bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld, en hebt Wft Consumptief Krediet of bent bereid dit binnen 12 maanden te behalen. Je ontvangt een startsalaris van € 2.600 tot € 2.850, een vaste 13e maand en variabele bonus tot 8%. - 32 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €2600 en €2850 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Als commercieel medewerker help je klanten en partners met vragen over financiële producten, diensten en aanvragen. Je combineert persoonlijk klantcontact met een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling. Je werkt bij een kredietverstrekker in Den Bosch in een compact salesteam van vijf collega's en krijgt de mogelijkheid om gedeeltelijk vanuit huis te werken. Als commercieel medewerker ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail, geeft informatie over producten en diensten en helpt bij het verwerken van aanvragen. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat dossiers correct worden verwerkt en klantgegevens actueel blijven. - Adviseren van klanten over producten en diensten - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en partners via telefoon en e-mail - Onderhouden van klantcontact en versterken van klantrelaties - Controleren en verwerken van klantdossiers en aanvragen - Signaleren van afwijkingen of onregelmatigheden in klantgegevens - Overleggen met collega's binnen het salesteam en andere afdelingen - Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van aanvragen - Een startsalaris tussen € 2.600 en € 2.850 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring - Een vaste 13e maand - Een variabele bonusregeling tot 8% - Tussen de 29 en 34 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis -...
