JOUW ROL

We zoeken een enthousiaste, ambitieuze en commercieel ingestelde medewerker (m/v/x) die de brug vormt tussen klantenopvolging, sales en administratie.

Concreet:

  • volg je nieuwe en bestaande leads proactief op via telefoon en e-mail;
  • breng je hun behoeften in kaart en adviseer je hen overtuigend over onze opleidingen en diensten;
  • zet je commerciële kansen om in afspraken, offertes, inschrijvingen of andere concrete vervolgstappen;
  • bouw je op een warme, professionele en resultaatgerichte manier relaties op met leads en klanten;
  • volg je inschrijvingen, offertes, klantvragen en andere administratieve processen nauwkeurig op;
  • registreer en beheer je contacten, afspraken en verkoopkansen correct in ons CRM-systeem;
  • werk je nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en de marketingverantwoordelijke en deel je inzichten die onze klant-, marketing- en salesaanpak kunnen versterken.

WIE JIJ BENT

We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in onze missie en tegelijk verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen voor commerciële resultaten.

  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en weet op een oprechte en geloofwaardige manier waarde te creëren voor leads en klanten.
  • Je hebt kennis van of aantoonbare ervaring met sales, marketing en klantenopvolging.
  • Je communiceert vlot en overtuigend via telefoon en e-mail en tijdens persoonlijke gesprekken.
  • Je luistert aandachtig, stelt gerichte vragen en vertaalt behoeften naar een passend aanbod.
  • Je bent proactief, ambitieus en resultaatgericht: je ziet wat nodig is en wacht niet af.
  • Je leert snel, werkt je vlot in ons aanbod in en schakelt flexibel tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, komt afspraken na en stemt tijdig af met het team.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig. Ervaring met CRM-systemen, in het bijzonder HubSpot, is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
