In deze medior binnendienstfunctie combineer je klantcontact, commercieel meedenken en projectmatige afstemming voor professionele klanten in de installatiebranche, zoals installatiebedrijven, bouwbedrijven en installatiemonteurs. Je pakt zowel losse klantvragen op, helpt bij offertes, ziet commerciële kansen én ondersteunt bij grotere projecten met logistieke uitdagingen. Denk aan klanttrajecten waarbij planning, levering, afstemming met meerdere afdelingen en duidelijke communicatie belangrijk zijn. Jij houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt samen met collega's dat klanten snel en passend geholpen worden. Dit ga je doen Als Commercieel Medewerker werk je zelfstandig binnen een ervaren team. Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten en begrijpt wat er speelt binnen hun nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en installatieprojecten. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar commerciële kansen en passende oplossingen. Je ondersteunt grotere klanttrajecten waarin planning, levering en afstemming goed samen moeten komen. Door nauw samen te werken met collega's van verschillende afdelingen zorg je dat projecten soepel verlopen en klanten optimaal worden ondersteund. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Bestaande klanten helpen met vragen, aanvragen en offertes. - Offertes en aanvragen actief opvolgen, commerciële kansen benutten en omzetten naar orders. - Klantrelaties verder uitbouwen door actief contact en passende oplossingen. - Grotere klantprojecten ondersteunen, acties afstemmen en zorgen dat betrokken collega's weten wat er nodig is. - Afstemmen met verkoop, logistiek, inkoop, productteams en buitendienst om klanttrajecten succesvol uit te voeren. - Verwachtingen van klanten en collega's goed op e...
