Functie omschrijving Voor ons team in Eindhoven zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Intercedent / Commercieel Medewerker . Iemand die energie krijgt van contact met mensen, commercieel denkt en graag wil groeien binnen een dynamische organisatie. Als Intercedent / Commercieel Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze opdrachtgevers en vakmensen. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Actief contact onderhouden met bestaande en potentiële opdrachtgevers. - Nieuwe klanten en commerciële kansen signaleren en benaderen. - Vacatures en aanvragen van opdrachtgevers vertalen naar de juiste kandidaten. - Kandidaten spreken, kennismaken en begeleiden. - Vacatures uitzetten en geschikte kandidaten zoeken. - Meedenken met opdrachtgevers over hun personeelsbehoefte. - Contact onderhouden met gedetacheerde medewerkers. - Administratieve en commerciële werkzaamheden rondom plaatsingen. - Meewerken aan de verdere groei van onze organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent veel in contact met mensen en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf commercieel en persoonlijk te ontwikkelen. Functie eisen Wij zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste instelling . Ervaring in de uitzendbranche, detachering of arbeidsbemiddeling is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste . Het is belangrijk dat je: - Goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft ( verplicht ). - Communicatief sterk bent en makkelijk contact maakt. - Commercieel en resultaatgericht bent. - Proactief bent en niet bang bent om de telefoon te pakken. - Goed kunt schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. - Zelfstandig kunt werken, maar ook graag onderdeel bent van...
