The posting

VC Wood, een Belgisch familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in hout en plaatmaterialen, zoekt voor het filiaal in Vilvoorde een sterke, zelfstandige baliemedewerker die mee de motor wordt van onze dagelijkse werking. Je bent het gezicht van ons filiaal én een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, magazijn, aankoop en onze buitenverkopers.

Wat ga je doen?

Als baliemedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je staat hen vakkundig te woord, verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt. Daarnaast neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor interne verkoop, ondersteun je het voorraadbeheer en speel je een rol in de aankoop. Je werkt nauw samen met onze buitenverkopers en biedt hen operationele ondersteuning, zodat hij zich op de klanten in het veld kan focussen. Je werkt in team, maar bent zelfstandig genoeg om beslissingen te nemen en dossiers van A tot Z op te volgen.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Een sterk en zelfstandig profiel met enkele jaren ervaring in een commerciële, technische of logistieke omgeving (ervaring met hout of bouwmaterialen is een plus, geen must)
  • Goed kennis Nederlands en Frans vereist
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin: je pakt zaken aan, denkt mee en wacht niet af
  • Vlot met administratie en computertoepassingen
  • Klantgericht, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
  • Voltijds beschikbaar
