We zoeken een commercieel medewerker die onze online- en winkelklanten ondersteunt en verkoopkansen signaleert. Wat je gaat doen Je bent het gezicht in de winkel en het brein achter de computer . In ons Odoo systeem verwerk je orders, controleer je verkopen en stemt met het magazijn af over beschikbaarheid, levering, afhalen en retouren. Je leert producten, systemen en verkoopprocessen goed kennen en groeit stap voor stap in jouw commerciële rol. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Klanten ontvangen, adviseren en helpen in de winkel - Online klantvragen beantwoorden via e-mail, telefoon, chat of webshopkanalen - Verkoopkansen herkennen, aanvragen beoordelen en passend aanbod voorleggen - Ondersteunen bij productpresentatie, acties en basiscontent - Klantinformatie, orderstatussen en openstaande acties bijhouden Wat wij bieden Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar korte lijntjes zijn.
