Als commercieel medewerker te Wommelgem ben je de schakel tussen klant, verkoop, atelier en projectuitvoering en volg je aanvragen en projecten van offerte tot overdracht op.

  • Je helpt klanten professioneel verder via telefoon en e-mail en beantwoordt vragen over lopende aanvragen.
  • Je analyseert klantaanvragen en vertaalt plannen en technische informatie naar duidelijke offertes.
  • Je adviseert klanten over materialen, mogelijkheden en oplossingen voor projecten in staal, inox, aluminium en andere materialen.
  • Je schat prijzen, materialen en levertermijnen correct in en verwerkt dit in de offerte.
  • Je volgt de projectplanning mee op en stemt af met collega’s van verkoop, productie en projectleiding.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht van de offerte naar uitvoering en bewaakt de afspraken tijdens de opvolging.

Als commercieel medewerker herken je jezelf in onderstaand profiel:

  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en technisch inzicht, met interesse in materialen, projecten en klantenoplossingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, calculatie, verkoopondersteuning of projectvoorbereiding.
  • Je begrijpt technische vragen of je bent bereid je hierin te verdiepen.
  • Je hebt interesse in materialen zoals staal, inox, aluminium en aanverwante producten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en klantgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega’s en je bewaart het overzicht over offertes, deadlines en planning.
