Voor een groeiend Belgisch bedrijf actief in complexe materiaalstromen en trading zoeken we een commercieel medewerker backoffice. De organisatie werkt met staal- en afvalstromen, koppelt de juiste partners aan elkaar en verzorgt volledige logistieke trajecten. Met een een open, transparante cultuur staat de werksfeer hier centraal.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als commercieel medewerker backoffice vorm je de schakel tussen de commerciële afdeling, logistiek en administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke en administratieve processen correct worden opgevolgd zodat transporten vlot kunnen verlopen. Je bent kritisch, nauwkeurig en durft de juiste vragen te stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat dossiers volledig en correct verwerkt worden. Tegelijk denk je commercieel mee en ondersteun je het team bij het realiseren van efficiënte en rendabele oplossingen.

  • Correct aanmaken en beheren van commerciële dossiers en transacties in het ERP-systeem.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor transporteurs in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Verzamelen, controleren en koppelen van de nodige logistieke documenten aan dossiers.
  • Ondersteunen van het logistieke team zodat transporten correct en tijdig kunnen worden ingepland.
  • Kritisch beoordelen van ontvangen informatie en actief ontbrekende informatie opvragen bij interne stakeholders.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de commerciële afdeling en inzicht verwerven in commerciële afspraken en marges.
  • Zorgen voor een gestructureerde en rustige opvolging van dossiers binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, administratieve binnendienst, logistieke administratie of backoffice functie.
  • Je brengt de maturiteit mee om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en detailgericht.
  • Je durft kritisch te denken en stelt de nodige vragen om dossiers volledig te begrijpen.
  • Je hebt een sterke groeimindset en bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe materie, processen en sectorgebonden terminologie aan te leren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels. Telefonische gesprekken voeren in het Frans schrikt je niet af.
  • Kennis van transportdocumenten of bijvoorbeeld Annex VII-documentatie binnen afvaltransport is een pluspunt.
