FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Commercieel medewerker balie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, zoals dakwerkers - aannemers - gevelspecialisten. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct opgevolgd worden, dat klanten snel geholpen worden en dat het filiaal op rolletjes loopt.

  • Je helpt klanten aan de balie met hun vragen, bestellingenen directe afhalingen
  • Behandelen van offertes en orders via mail, telefoon, Whatsapp en volgt ze nauwkeurig op tot de levering
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige producten voor deze orders/offertes correct worden besteld bij de aankoopdienst en ook nadien worden klaargemaakt in het filiaal voor afhaling of levering
  • Het filiaal georganiseerd, overzichtelijk houden en de stock correct aanvullen via de aankoopdienst
  • Aanspreekpunt voor de binnen- als buitendienst
  • Bijspringen waar nodig

  • Je hebt digitale basiskennis en bent niet bang om met een computer te werken
  • Je hebt motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je bent leergierig en bouwt graag productkennis op via opleiding
  • Stressbestendig
  • Teamspeler, die samenwerkt/ondersteunt en initiatief neemt
  • Communicatief
  • Weekendwerk is geen probleem, 1/2 zaterdagen ben je van 8u-12u paraat in het filiaal
  • Vroege starturen schrikken jou niet af, om 7u in de zomer opstarten en om 7u30 in de winter
