Als Commercieel Medewerker Balie zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en correct geholpen worden. Je behandelt bestellingen, offertes en vragen en volgt alles nauwkeurig op tot de bestelling klaarstaat voor afhaling of levering.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's, de aankoopdienst en de logistieke afdeling. Daarnaast help je mee om het filiaal georganiseerd, overzichtelijk en goed bevoorraad te houden.

Jouw taken :

  • Professionele klanten aan de balie helpen met hun vragen en bestellingen
  • Bestellingen en directe afhalingen correct verwerken
  • Orders en offertes opvolgen via e-mail, telefoon en WhatsApp
  • Offertes en bestellingen administratief verwerken
  • Producten correct bestellen via de aankoopdienst
  • Bestellingen opvolgen tot ze klaargemaakt zijn voor afhaling of levering
  • Stock opvolgen en tijdig aanvullingen voorzien
  • Het filiaal georganiseerd en overzichtelijk houden
  • Klanten informeren over producten en mogelijkheden
  • Samenwerken met collega's en bijspringen waar nodig
  • Mee zorgen voor een goede en positieve sfeer binnen het team

Voor deze functie is motivatie belangrijker dan ervaring. Je krijgt de nodige opleiding om de producten en werking goed te leren kennen.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Gemotiveerd en verantwoordelijk is
  • Leergierig is en graag productkennis opbouwt
  • Graag nieuwe zaken leert via opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer
  • Over een goede digitale basiskennis beschikt
  • Vlot met een computer en administratieve systemen kan werken
  • Stressbestendig is en rustig blijft in drukke momenten
  • Klantgericht en communicatief is
  • Graag samenwerkt en collega's ondersteunt
  • Initiatief durft nemen
  • Nederlands en Frans goed beheerst
  • Bereid is om 1 zaterdag op 2 te werken.
  • Flexibel is om ingepland te worden in shiften van 7u tot 15u30 of 8u30 tot 17u
  • Affiniteit met bouw, dak- of gevelmaterialen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
