Het ING-team is op zoek naar een gedreven collega (m/v/x): Commercieel Medewerker Bank

Jouw takenpakket:

Als Commercieel Medewerker vervul je een allround rol waarbij je gaandeweg ontdekt welke richting binnen de bankwereld het best bij jou past.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • Je helpt klanten, zowel aan de balie als telefonisch, met hun dagelijkse bankzaken: van een overschrijving tot vragen over hun rekening of kaart
  • Je biedt allround administratieve ondersteuning en houdt zo het kantoor mee draaiende
  • Je denkt actief mee met de adviseurs: je volgt dossiers mee op en bouwt zo stap voor stap je kennis van de banksector uit
  • Je bouwt stap voor stap expertise op binnen verschillende bankdomeinen

Jouw groeitraject:

Deze functie is bewust breed opgezet en biedt volop doorgroeimogelijkheden. Vanuit je rol als Commercieel Medewerker bouw je verder aan je kennis van kredieten, sparen en beleggen. Daarbij krijg je een persoonlijk opleidingstraject en de begeleiding van een ervaren collega. Samen bekijken we welke richting het best bij jou past binnen ING. Jouw interesses, talenten en ambities bepalen mee jouw groeitraject.

Jouw profiel:

• Je hebt minimum 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in de bank en je hebt jouw bankattesten reeds behaald

• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of bent gelijkwaardig door meerdere jaren bankervaring

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans

• Je bent leergierig, neemt initiatief en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen

• Je bent vriendelijk, warm en goedlachs. Met jouw positieve uitstraling stel je klanten meteen op hun gemak
