Commercieel medewerker binnendienst (37 uur) Ben jij klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en vind je het leuk om bestellingen van A tot Z te begeleiden? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij vanuit ons kantoor in Enschede de vaste, onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten en de productie. Geen koude acquisitie of autoritten, maar wél volop contact en impact vanuit een fijne kantoorfunctie! Wat ga je doen? Wanneer een klant contact opneemt of een aanvraag doet, zorg jij ervoor dat dit vakkundig en snel wordt afgehandeld. Je werkzaamheden zijn lekker afwisselend: - Adviseren & Offreren: Het geven van deskundig advies en het opstellen van offertes voor promotionele producten. - Orderbegeleiding: Het verwerken van bestellingen, orderbevestigingen en het controleren van klantgegevens. - Logistieke bewaking: Het monitoren van levertijden, de voortgang bewaken en hierover helder communiceren met de klant. - Klant- & Relatiebeheer: Het beantwoorden van vragen over producten, prijzen en leveringsvoorwaarden, en het actief onderhouden van contacten met klanten, leveranciers en collega's. - Service & Kwaliteit: Het oplossen van eventuele klachten, het signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over nieuwe verkoopmogelijkheden en upselling. Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit? Je werkt voornamelijk achter je computer en hebt veel telefonisch contact. Een klant belt bijvoorbeeld met een vraag over een product. Jij adviseert ze, berekent een offerte, verwerkt de bestelling en zorgt dat de productie op tijd start. Je houdt de vinger aan de pols en informeert de klant proactief. Gaat er onverhoopt iets mis, zoals een vertraging bij een leverancier of een wijziging in de bestelling? Dan pak jij dit direct daadkrachtig op.
