De functie: Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die ervaring heeft met administratieve ondersteuning in een commerciële omgeving en op zoek is naar meer afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid. Bij ons krijg je de kans om meerdere projecten tegelijk te ondersteunen, waarbij je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk gaat. Hierbij bied je ondersteuning aan projecten voor twee verschillende bedrijven, namelijk Rentokil Pest control (ongediertebestrijding) en Ambius (interieurbeplanting & kerst). Wat ga je doen? - Contractbeheer en offertes: Je leest, controleert en verwerkt contracten en offertes zorgvuldig. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle details kloppen, van de juiste prijzen tot correcte afspraken. - Ondersteuning bij projecten: Je ondersteunt verschillende projecten voor twee verschillende bedrijven. Je bewaakt de deadlines en houdt het overzicht over lopende taken. - Calculaties: Je voert eenvoudige calculaties uit bij het opstellen van offertes om klanten een nauwkeurige prijsopgave te bieden. - Documentbeheer: Je beheert documentatie via Google Drive, werkt in de cloud en verzamelt data uit ons systeem. Tot slot houd je alle projectgegevens actueel en toegankelijk. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve of ondersteunende rol binnen een commerciële omgeving. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, met oog voor detail. - Je hebt ervaring met het verwerken en controleren van offertes en contracten. - Je hebt goede kennis van computers en werkt graag met digitale tools zoals Google Drive. - Je kunt goed omgaan met cijfers en voert eenvoudige calculaties moeiteloos uit. - Je bent communicatief sterk, proactief en schakelt snel tussen verschillende projecten. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal...
