Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst (24-40 uur) In ons nieuwe, duurzaam ontworpen kantoor in Muiden lopen klanten nog gewoon binnen voor persoonlijk advies. Dan maken we Wat ga je doen Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst zorg je voor een inhoudelijk sterk en commercieel passend adviestraject. Je ondersteunt de buitendienst, houdt dossiers strak op orde en zorgt dat klanten tijdig en zorgvuldig worden geadviseerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij acquisitie en voorbereiding van klantafspraken • Adviseren van bestaande klanten binnen je Wft-bevoegdheid • Analyseren van verzekeringsportefeuilles en opstellen van oJertes • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en veranderende klantbehoeften • Zorgdragen voor correcte en toetsbare dossiervorming • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbetering en automatisering Een werkdag bij Streefkerk in deze functie Je start de dag met een kop koffie en stemt kort af met je collega in de buitendienst. Samen bespreken jullie een recent adviesgesprek: wat is besproken, waar moeten we rekening mee houden binnen het acceptatiebeleid en liggen er aanvullende advieskansen? Daarna pak je zelfstandig lopende dossiers op. Je werkt offertes uit, controleert polisvoorwaarden en zorgt voor een heldere vastlegging in het dossier. Halverwege de ochtend belt een bestaande klant met een wijziging in zijn situatie. Je analyseert de impact op de dekking en adviseert over een passende oplossing. Het gesprek is professioneel en persoonlijk. Klanten vertrouwen op jouw uitleg. Na de lunch neem je deel aan de werkgroep automatisering en procesverbetering.
