Bouw mee aan innovatieve oplossingen in de binnendienst. Over het werk Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij de verbindende factor tussen techniek, commercie en klantcontact. Je start je dag met een kop koffie en een snelle check van de openstaande offertes, aanvragen en orders. Al snel zie je waar actie nodig is en pak je direct door. Klanten weten jou te vinden met uiteenlopende vragen en dankzij jouw technische of werktuigbouwkundige achtergrond begrijp je niet alleen wat zij nodig hebben, maar ook welke oplossing daar het beste bij past. Daardoor geef je niet zomaar advies, maar voeg je echt waarde toe in ieder gesprek. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt continu tussen klantcontact, offertes uitwerken, orders verwerken en het ondersteunen van accountmanagers. Terwijl je administratief alles strak op orde houdt, blijf je commercieel scherp. Je ziet kansen nog voordat ze uitgesproken worden en vindt het leuk om relaties verder uit te bouwen. Of het nu gaat om een bestaande klant of een nieuwe prospect, jij weet hoe je contact onderhoudt op een manier die vertrouwen geeft en resultaten oplevert. In deze rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid om mee te denken over hoe processen slimmer, sneller en beter kunnen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat klanten de service krijgen die ze verwachten en dat alles soepel verloopt van aanvraag tot levering.
