Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende stap bij Vilosa. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klanten, accountmanagers, productie en logistiek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat orders goed worden verwerkt en dat alles rondom een bestelling soepel verloopt: van aanvraag tot levering Fulltime · 's Gravenzande Wat ga je doen? Klanten en orders Vanuit ons kantoor in 's-Gravenzande ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles rondom orders. Je hebt dagelijks veel contact met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en WhatsApp. Je neemt orders aan, verwerkt wijzigingen en afwijkingen en denkt mee over vragen en specifieke wensen. Je zorgt dat afspraken duidelijk zijn, orders correct worden verwerkt en dat deze op de juiste locatie terechtkomen. Je stemt af met collega's, zodat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je bent dan ook van nature een echte verbinder! Transportplanning Ook de transportplanning valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je deelt orders in op de juiste transporten, stemt af met onze chauffeurs en zorgt dat alle informatie op tijd en compleet beschikbaar is, zodat de locaties de orders goed kunnen voorbereiden. Aanbod en systemen Je houdt het beschikbare aanbod goed in de gaten en zorgt dat informatie in onze systemen actueel is. Ervaring met Floriday is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. De systemen leren we je; een klantgerichte en commerciële instelling vinden we belangrijker. Een functie vol afwisseling Je werkt in een klein en betrokken team. Op maandag, dinsdag en donderdag werk je samen met een vaste parttime collega. Dit zijn doorgaans de drukste dagen qua orders en planning. Op woensdag en vrijdag ben jij degene die het fort bewaakt.
