Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's, waarbij je jouw organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden optimaal inzet. In deze dynamische functie krijg je de kans om niet alleen bij te dragen aan klanttevredenheid, maar ook om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale werkomgeving. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Verwerken van binnenkomende aanvragen en opdrachten in ons SAP-systeem. - Advies geven over producten aan de klanten. - Opvolgen van offertes en in overleg met collega's levertijden bepalen. - Administratief afhandelen van reclamaties en actueel houden van klantgegevens. - Technisch en commercieel samenwerken met sales area managers en de technische binnendienst. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's via diverse kanalen.
