Voor verschillende organisaties in Zaltbommel en omgeving zijn wij regelmatig op zoek naar commerciële medewerkers. Van een technische groothandel tot een internationale organisatie: samen kijken we welke werkomgeving en functie het beste bij jou passen. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en de organisatie. Je hebt dagelijks contact met bestaande en nieuwe klanten, beantwoordt vragen en denkt mee over passende producten of diensten. Je werkzaamheden kunnen onder andere bestaan uit: - Telefonisch en per mail contact onderhouden met klanten; - Adviseren van klanten en beantwoorden van commerciële vragen; - Nabellen van aanvragen, offertes of leads; - Samenwerken met collega's van bijvoorbeeld de buitendienst, logistiek of inkoop; - Bijhouden van klantgegevens in het CRM- of ERP-systeem. Afhankelijk van de organisatie ligt de nadruk meer op relatiebeheer, sales, advies of sales support.
