Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste collega’s die het binnendienstteam komen versterken. In deze rol ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen de organisatie. Jij bent namelijk degene die het eerste contact legt met bedrijven en ervoor zorgt dat de agenda’s van de buitendienst goed gevuld zijn.

De organisatie bestaat uit een binnendienst en een buitendienst. Waar jouw collega’s in de buitendienst klanten en prospects op locatie bezoeken, zorg jij er vanuit kantoor voor dat die afspraken worden ingepland. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen zij goed voorbereid op pad — en begint succes dus bij jou.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je belt bedrijven, legt makkelijk contact, inventariseert kansen en plant afspraken in voor je collega’s in de buitendienst. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw communicatieve vaardigheden maken hierin het verschil.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Bij de start krijg je verschillende trainingen en een goede inwerkperiode, zodat je precies weet hoe je gesprekken voert en met vertrouwen aan de slag kunt.
