Ben jij de Commercieel medewerker die wij zoeken voor de specialist in moderne toegangscontrole oplossingen voor deuren? Zij zijn een internationaal bedrijf met meer dan 20 verschillende locaties door heel Europa en daarnaast ook nog 10 productielocaties. Het assortiment varieert van standaard cilindersloten voor woonhuizen tot de meeste moderne digitale toegangssystemen voor grotere gebouwen. Vind jij het interessant om constant op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe technieken in deze branche dan ben ik op zoek naar jou! Daarnaast ga je dagelijks deze taken uitvoeren als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst:

- Het uitwerken van offertes op basis van klantaanvragen;

- Vragen van klanten beantwoorden die zij jou stellen na het maken en versturen van offertes;

- Je denkt actief mee in oplossingen naar aanleiding van vraagstukken van klanten;

- Het afstemmen van van de levertijd die nodig is om producten te fabriceren.

Heb jij affiniteit met techniek, kun jij goed communiceren met jouw collega's en klanten en ben je daarnaast nauwkeurig en stressbestendig? Ben jij servicegericht, klantvriendelijk en heb je daarnaast ook nog een groot inlevingsvermogen in de klant? Kan jij je tevens vinden in de volgende functie eisen voor de functie van Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst, dan ben jij de aangewezen persoon voor deze functie!

- Minimaal een afgeronde mbo opleiding;

- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare binnendienst functie is een pré;

- Kennis van Exact Globe en Synergy CRM is een pré;

- Ervaring met het Microsoft Office pakket.
