Voor een groeiende organisatie binnen de industriële dienstverlening zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het commerciële team. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en prospects, ondersteunt collega's in de buitendienst en zorgt ervoor dat offertes, aanvragen en commerciële trajecten soepel verlopen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en houdt daarbij altijd oog voor de klant. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment werk je een offerte uit, het volgende moment adviseer je een klant of zorg je dat een aanvraag snel en correct wordt opgepakt. Met jouw commerciële instelling en organisatietalent zorg je ervoor dat zaken goed geregeld zijn. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt de buitendienst bij commerciële trajecten en helpt kansen om te zetten in opdrachten. Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande klanten en bouwt klantrelaties verder uit. Je benadert potentiële klanten en weet commerciële mogelijkheden te signaleren. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor vragen over offertes, producten en verkooptrajecten. Je adviseert klanten over producten, prijzen en toepassingsmogelijkheden. Je coördineert documentatie- en sampleaanvragen. Je verwerkt klantgegevens zorgvuldig in het CRM-systeem. Je verzorgt de facturatie en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. Je houdt klanten goed op de hoogte van de voortgang van hun aanvragen. Je denkt actief mee over hoe commerciële processen slimmer, efficiënter en klantgerichter kunnen. Wat kun jij? Beschik je over HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting. Beheers je de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. Ben je commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht. Communiceer je gemakkelijk met klanten en collega's. Werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd. Neem je initiatief en

denk je in oplossingen. Kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en houd je overzicht. Wat krijg je? Een afwisselende commerciële functie met veel klantcontact. Binnen de organisatie staat samenwerking centraal. Teams zijn relatief compact, waardoor de lijnen kort zijn en medewerkers veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgen. Er is ruimte om ideeën aan te dragen, processen te verbeteren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. In deze functie krijg je daardoor niet alleen de kans om klanten goed te helpen, maar ook om actief bij te dragen aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie.
