Je ondersteunt bij het maken van labels en paklijsten en zorgt dat de orderadministratie tot in de puntjes klopt. Je schakelt met transporteurs en collega's, en werkt met Exact Globe Next en Outlook. Ben je handig met rekenen? Dan kun je doorgroeien naar een rol met nog meer verantwoordelijkheid, waarbij calculaties en technische aspecten een grotere rol spelen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag houd je je bezig met: - Het verwerken van binnenkomende bestellingen - Het opstellen van offertes en het beantwoorden van klantvragen per mail of telefoon. - Je ondersteunt bij het regelen van transport en zorgt dat alles administratief goed wordt afgehandeld. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is dat jouw opdrachtgever de enige producent van dit product is in Nederland. Hier komen de nodige uitdagingen bij kijken. Jouw werkdagen als commercieel medewerker binnendienst zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08.00 - 17.00 uur. Functie-eisen - Mbo 4 of hbo werk- en denkniveau - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels - Je bent nauwkeurig in administratieve taken en klantgericht - Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt goed werken met Exact Globe Next en Outlook - Je hebt een nuchtere en praktische instelling, bij voorkeur met affiniteit voor techniek en handel Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een goed salaris tussen €3.300 en €4.400, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring - Werken in een hecht, stabiel team met korte lijnen - 25 vakantiedagen o.b.v. 40 uur en 8% vakantiegeld. - €0,23 p/km reiskostenvergoeding (vanaf 10 km enkele reis). - Opbouw plus pensioen. - Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling - Een afwisselende baan met internationale contacten en exclusieve pro...
