Dan hebben wij bij Voskamp Bouw en Industrie in Rijssen een mooie uitdaging voor je. Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst leer je onze klanten, producten en organisatie van binnenuit kennen. Je adviseert klanten, stelt offertes op en denkt mee over passende oplossingen. Ondertussen bouw je aan de commerciële en technische kennis die je nodig hebt om verder te groeien. Dit ga je doen Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst heb je dagelijks contact met klanten uit de bouw en industrie. Je adviseert hen over ons uitgebreide assortiment, denkt mee over hun vragen en helpt bij het vinden van de juiste producten en oplossingen. Je verwerkt aanvragen en bestellingen, stelt offertes op en volgt deze actief op. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de vraag van de klant. Je herkent commerciële kansen, denkt mee over aanvullende producten en draagt bij aan het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van de binnendienst, buitendienst en logistiek. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat klanten snel en deskundig worden geholpen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandiger te werken en meer commerciële verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Zo leg je een goede basis voor een mogelijke doorgroei naar accountmanager buitendienst.
