Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een vlotte en professionele opvolging van prijsaanvragen, offertes en bestellingen. Je verwerkt orders nauwkeurig in het systeem en stemt continu af met productie en logistiek om haalbare levertijden te garanderen. Daarnaast bewaak je klantafspraken, signaleer je knelpunten en denk je actief mee over oplossingen. Je onderhandelt binnen afgesproken marges, volgt klanten en opportuniteiten op en draagt zo bij aan duurzame relaties. Tot slot zorg je voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling en registreer je alle relevante informatie in het CRM‑systeem.

  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Zeer goede kennis NL, goede kennis FR
  • Kunnen werken met MS-Office, je kan vlot overweg met een CRM-pakket
  • Affiniteit met staal en/of de bouwsector is een troef
  • Klantgericht, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
  • Communicatief en administratief sterk
  • Leergierig en enthousiast
