Als Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst bij CRV in Arnhem ziet iedere werkdag er anders uit. Je bent via telefoon, e-mail en chat een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor veehouders en andere relaties. Je luistert goed, achterhaalt de vraag achter de vraag en geeft duidelijk advies. Zie je tijdens een gesprek een commerciële kans? Dan speel je daar op een natuurlijke manier op in met passende producten of diensten. Ook handel je klachten af, verwerk je orders en zorg je dat klantgegevens netjes worden vastgelegd. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst: - Beantwoorden en oplossen van klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat - Adviseren over producten, diensten en passende combinaties - Aannemen en verwerken van orders en verkoopaanvragen - Afhandelen van klachten en verwerken van administratieve gegevens De opdrachtgever CRV is een internationale organisatie, gespecialiseerd in rundveeverbetering.
