Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Voor een innovatieve opdrachtgever binnen de wereld van energieopslag en noodstroomvoorzieningen zoeken wij een nieuwe collega voor de commerciële binnendienst. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met accountmanagers en technische collega's en zorg je ervoor dat klantvragen worden vertaald naar passende oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst begeleid je het commerciële traject van aanvraag tot overdracht. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel een passende offerte ontvangen en dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inventariseren van klantvragen en vertalen naar een passende technische oplossing; - Opstellen van calculaties en offertes; - Afstemmen met leveranciers over prijzen, levertijden en productspecificaties; - Overleggen met accountmanagers en technische collega's over de beste aanpak; - Af en toe meegaan naar klanten voor extra inhoudelijke afstemming; - Verwerken en bijhouden van klant- en projectgegevens in het ERP-systeem; - Zorgvuldig overdragen van afgeronde opdrachten aan de afdeling Ordermanagement.
