Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, vind je het leuk om klanten écht verder te helpen en heb je affiniteit met bouw of klussen? Dan is dit een mooie kans. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst krijg je een veelzijdige functie waarin adviseren, verkopen en organiseren samenkomen.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment help je een aannemer met het kiezen van de juiste materialen, daarna werk je een offerte uit en even later stem je een bestelling af met je collega's van de buitendienst.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Adviseren van zakelijke klanten over bouwmaterialen, toepassingen en mogelijkheden; - Opstellen van offertes en actief opvolgen van openstaande aanvragen; - Maken van prijsafspraken en verwerken van bestellingen; - Inkopen van producten wanneer dit nodig is voor een klantorder; - Samenwerken met de buitendienst om klanten snel en goed te bedienen; - Bewaken van orders en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling; - Ontvangen en adviseren van onder andere aannemers, architecten en andere zakelijke klanten in de showroom.

Je bent dus zeker niet de hele dag alleen achter een bureau te vinden. Je schakelt tussen kantoor, showroom en het drive-in magazijn en hebt gedurende de dag veel contact met klanten en collega's.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die gemakkelijk contact maakt en het leuk vindt om commercieel bezig te zijn. Ervaring binnen de bouwmaterialen is mooi meegenomen, maar interesse in bouw en klussen is minstens zo belangrijk.

Verder:

- Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed - Ben je klantgericht en communicatief sterk - Heb je een relevante opleiding afgerond óf passende werkervaring opgedaan - Heb je een commerciële instelling en zie je verkoopkansen - Heb je interesse in bouwmaterialen, techniek en/of klussen - Vind je het prettig om zowel zelfstandig als met collega's te werken
