- Halsteren - 32 - 40 uur - MBO Heb jij een sterke technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld binnen de installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, klimaattechniek of waterbehandeling, en vind je het daarnaast leuk om klanten te adviseren en commercieel mee te denken? Wij zoeken wij een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die technisch inhoudelijke kennis combineert met een commerciële instelling. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren techneuten en bent dagelijks bezig met technische vraagstukken van klanten. Je begrijpt hoe installaties werken, kunt technische informatie goed interpreteren en vertaalt dit naar een passende oplossing, offerte of advies. Een goede technische basis is voor deze functie belangrijk. We zoeken daarom iemand die bijvoorbeeld ervaring heeft binnen de installatietechniek, verwarmings- en koeltechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving. Je hoeft niet alle kennis van waterbehandeling al te hebben. Die specifieke kennis kun je verder ontwikkelen. Belangrijker is dat je technisch sterk bent, snel verbanden ziet en prettig communiceert met zowel klanten als technische collega's. Kortom: een mooie volgende stap voor een techneut die zijn technische kennis graag combineert met klantcontact, advies en commercie. Wat ga je doen? - Klanten telefonisch en per mail adviseren - Offertes opstellen en opvolgen - Technische aanvragen beoordelen - Meedenken over passende technische oplossingen - Orders verwerken - Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
