Je combineert commerciële gesprekken met administratieve opvolging en vormt de belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en de interne en externe sales.

De functie inhoud Wat ga jij doen als Commercieel medewerker binnendienst?

  • Je onderhoudt klantencontact en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van vragen en bestellingen
  • Je maakt offertes op
  • Je beheert commerciële dossiers en houdt de verschillende stappen en deadlines goed in de gaten
  • Je stemt af met interne afdelingen en externe partners om alles in goede banen te leiden
  • Je verwerkt commerciële gegevens en documenten nauwkeurig in het bedrijfssysteem
  • Je ondersteunt de buitendienst bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van commerciële activiteiten
  • Je denkt actief mee over klantgerichte oplossingen en bouwt mee aan langdurige samenwerkingen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie achter de commerciële werking correct en up-to-date blijft

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht en denkt graag mee met de klant
  • Je werkt punctueel, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je bent diplomatisch en stressbestendig, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig
  • Je voelt je ook helemaal thuis in een hecht en collegiaal team
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt
