Ben jij een proactieve regelaar die commerciële kansen ziet vóór ze zich aandienen? Voor een leidende speler in hoogwaardige grond-, tuin- en buitenmaterialen zoeken we een resultaatgerichte Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst.

In deze rol ben jij het commerciële hart van de vestiging in Lochristi. Je bent de vaste sparringpartner voor professionele tuinaannemers, aannemers en particuliere klanten. Geen verkoop van standaard praatjes, maar inhoudelijk advies op maat en een strakke opvolging van offertes tot levering.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je analyseert de noden van de klant, geeft gericht technisch en esthetisch advies over het aanbod en zet vragen om in concrete verkoopkansen.
  • Je beheert inkomende aanvragen per telefoon, e-mail en aan de balie. Je reageert snel en bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op.
  • Je stelt accurate offertes op, verwerkt bestellingen nauwkeurig in het CRM/ERP-systeem en bewaakt de opvolging.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het magazijn en de logistiek om een vlekkeloze levering en afhandeling van klantafspraken te garanderen.
  • Je stuurt op commerciële resultaten en klanttevredenheid om de vestiging naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Minimaal een eerste succesvolle ervaring in een binnendienst-, sales support- of customer service-omgeving.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands. Je kan je commercieel ook goed uitvaardigen in het Frans.
  • Sterk communicatief, resultaatgericht en stressbestendig. Je werkt gestructureerd, ook tijdens piekmomenten.
  • Bereid om te werken in een afwisselend urenrooster (Week A: 07:00 - 15:30 / Week B: 09:00 - 17:30).
