Voor onze vestiging in Goes zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst . In deze rol ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt installateurs en zakelijke klanten aan de balie, adviseert telefonisch en per e-mail én bent actief bezig met het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst combineer je commercie, klantadvies en relatiebeheer. Je bent zichtbaar voor onze klanten én proactief in het creëren van nieuwe commerciële kansen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Actief benaderen van bestaande én potentiële klanten. Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties. Klanten ontvangen en adviseren aan de verkoopbalie. Adviseren over elektrotechnische producten en meedenken over de beste oplossingen. Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes. Verwerken en bewaken van orders van aanvraag tot levering. Klanten informeren over levertijden, beschikbaarheid en alternatieve producten. Commerciële kansen signaleren en omzetten in resultaat. Intensief samenwerken met collega's van verkoop, magazijn en logistiek. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment help je een installateur aan de balie met de juiste materialen, het volgende moment volg je een offerte op of leg je contact met een potentiële nieuwe klant.
