Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die tijdelijk, voor minimaal 3 maanden, de commerciële organisatie ondersteunt en helpt de huidige werkdruk te verlagen. Verlenging van de opdracht behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst zorg jij ervoor dat de commerciële processen soepel blijven verlopen. Je brengt structuur aan in leads, offertes, contracten en CRM-administratie, zodat accountmanagers zich volledig kunnen richten op klantcontact en commerciële kansen. Omdat er op dit moment extra ondersteuning nodig is, zoeken wij iemand die snel inzetbaar is, zelfstandig kan werken en direct waarde toevoegt binnen het team. Ervaring met CRM-systemen en administratieve commerciële processen is daarom essentieel. Je werkt voor verschillende labels en proposities binnen Verdi Groep, waardoor je een brede rol vervult en nauw samenwerkt met diverse collega's binnen de organisatie. Wat breng jij als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst - Registreren, opvolgen en verdelen van nieuwe leads binnen de organisatie. - Bewaken van de opvolging van leads en commerciële kansen. - Beheren en actualiseren van de salespipeline. - Verwerken en beheren van CRM-administratie, onder andere in Tribe en Excel. - Opstellen en verwerken van offertes. - Ondersteunen bij tenderinschrijvingen. - Zorgdragen voor een correcte vastlegging van contracten en commerciële administratie. - Ondersteunen van de MKB-propositie en meedenken over commerciële processen en leadgeneratie.
