Wat je gaat doen Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van onze commerciële en administratieve processen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun vragen en bestellingen snel en nauwkeurig worden afgehandeld. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen, zoals de buitendienst en marketing, om onze klanten optimaal te ondersteunen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen klantcontact, orderverwerking en administratieve taken, waarbij jouw oog voor detail en proactieve houding essentieel zijn. Wat je gaat doen:- Adviseren: klanten informeren over producten, levertijden en oplossingen, en fungeren als hun eerste aanspreekpunt. - Orderverwerking: verwerken van bestellingen, opstellen van offertes en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling in ons ERP-systeem. - Ondersteunen: samenwerken met de buitendienst en marketingafdeling om commerciële processen soepel te laten verlopen. - Communicatie: onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s om een optimale samenwerking te waarborgen. - Verbeteren: actief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties en bijdragen aan een efficiëntere werkwijze.
