In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klanten, engineering en productie. Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen, stelt offertes op en begeleidt het traject van aanvraag tot order. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst werk je in een hecht team van vier collega's en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van klantvragen naar passende technische oplossingen. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen op de juiste manier worden uitgewerkt en opgevolgd. Je adviseert klanten over product specificaties en mogelijkheden, stelt offertes op en bewaakt de voortgang hiervan. Daarbij stem je regelmatig af met de engineering- en productieafdeling om de technische haalbaarheid, planning en levertijden goed in kaart te brengen. Ook zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van orders binnen het ERP-systeem en houd je overzicht over het volledige proces. Je komt te werken binnen een internationale omgeving waarin zowel standaardproducten als klant specifieke maatwerkoplossingen worden geleverd. Hierdoor is geen klantvraag hetzelfde en krijg je veel ruimte om jouw technische inzicht en commerciële vaardigheden te combineren. Ambieer je in de toekomst zelf een combinatie binnendienst / buitendienst? Dan is dit zeker een optie in de toekomst. De functie eisen op een rijtje: - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie; - Affiniteit met techniek en het vermogen om technische klantvragen te begrijpen; - Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bijvoorbeeld Microsoft Dynamics Business Central; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (Duits is een pré); - Een klantgerichte, nauwkeurige en proactieve werkhouding; - Stressbestendigheid en goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je woont op maximaal...
