Samen met je collega's van de commerciële binnendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je zorgt voor een optimale dienstverlening en volgt commerciële dossiers van A tot Z op.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantenbestellingen.
  • Adviseren van klanten over producten, levertermijnen en technische vragen.
  • Correct bepalen van prijzen op basis van technische en commerciële informatie.
  • Behandelen van klantenvragen en klachten op een professionele manier.
  • Intensief samenwerken met de productieafdeling om een vlotte orderverwerking te garanderen.
  • Onderhouden van bestaande klantenrelaties en bijdragen aan een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.
  • Ondersteunen van marketinggerelateerde projecten naarmate je functie verder evolueert.

Wat zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in: Nederlands (zeer goed) Engels (zeer goed) Frans (goed) Duits (goed)
  • Ervaring of technische kennis binnen staal, metaal of een industriële omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met de klant.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Klantgerichtheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en resultaatgerichtheid typeren jou.
