Jij ondersteunt het commerciële team en haalt relevante informatie bij klanten op.

Jouw rol Jij bent samen met de Commercieel Technisch Adviseur het kloppend hart van onze commerciële organisatie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten. Je adviseert telefonisch over onze hoogwaardige producten en zorgt dat alle afspraken administratief tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn.

Wat ga je doen? Je schakelt commercieel, stelt scherpe offertes op, onderhandelt binnen afgesproken marges en volgt deze actief op. Je verwerkt orders en zorgt dat klantgegevens perfect zijn vastgelegd. Je analyseert data uit het CRM, signaleert marktontwikkelingen en denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie, bijvoorbeeld met AI. Jij ondersteunt het commerciële team en haalt relevante informatie bij klanten op.

Je beschikt over minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau, een proactieve instelling, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Basiskennis Engels en ervaring met data analyse zijn mooi meegenomen.
