Dan is deze functie als medewerker planning & orders iets voor jou! Wat je gaat doen Als medewerker planning & orders zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat bestellingen goed en op tijd bij klanten terechtkomen. Je houdt in de gaten wat er nodig is, wanneer producten binnenkomen en wanneer bestellingen verstuurd moeten worden. Je hebt veel contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs. Je verwerkt bestellingen en administratie en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Gaat er iets mis? Dan zie jij dit snel en zoek je naar een oplossing. Werkzaamheden: - Bestellingen voor leveranciers maken; - Inkooporders verwerken; - Facturen verwerken; - Verkooporders verwerken en factureren; - Transport van bestellingen regelen; - Verschillende mailboxen bijhouden; - Contact houden met klanten over hun bestellingen; - Contact houden met leveranciers over bestellingen; - Contact houden met transporteurs over leveringen; - De planning goed in de gaten houden; - Problemen signaleren en naar oplossingen zoeken. Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom een bestelling van begin tot eind goed geregeld is.
