Wij leveren lichtmetalen velgen, stalen velgen, banden en TPMS-oplossingen aan professionele klanten in de automotive aftermarket, zoals bandenspecialisten, grossiers en garages. Bij ALCAR Benelux werk je in een klein, hecht team, maar met de slagkracht en productkennis van deze Europese marktleider achter je. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je dagelijks in contact met bestaande en potentiële klanten. Je maakt deel uit van een Salesteam dat verder bestaat uit 6 collega's en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de managing director. Je adviseert over onze producten, verwerkt bestellingen en signaleert kansen om klanten verder te helpen - via persoonlijk contact, eigen research, CRM-data en omzetrapportages. Concreet: • onderhouden en versterken van klantrelaties met bandenspecialisten, grossiers en garages; • telefonisch en digitaal adviseren over lichtmetalen velgen, stalen velgen, banden en TPMS; • verwerken van bestellingen en beantwoorden van commerciële klantvragen; • herkennen en opvolgen van commerciële kansen vanuit klantcontact, CRM-data en omzetontwikkelingen; • klanten helpen om beter gebruik te maken van onze B2B-webshop en digitale besteloplossingen; • in kaart brengen en gericht benaderen van kansrijke prospects; • zorgvuldig vastleggen van data in het CRM-systeem; • signalen uit klantcontact delen met het management, zodat we onze processen blijven verbeteren.
