Jouw baan als commercieel medewerker binnendienst Overzicht houden, slim schakelen en commercieel meedenken: dát is waar deze functie om draait. Bij MABI Mobility (onderdeel van Hedin Automotive) werk je vanuit een centrale positie in de organisatie en ondersteun je de zakelijke verhuur door heel Nederland. Je verbindt klanten, vestigingen en accountmanagers en brengt rust en structuur in een omgeving die continu in beweging is. Met jouw commerciële blik draag je direct bij aan de verdere groei van MABI Mobility. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden... - Van eerste vraag tot uitgewerkte offerte: jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten en collega's. Telefonisch en per mail help je klanten snel, vriendelijk en professioneel verder. - In nauwe samenwerking met accountmanagers ondersteun je grotere klantaanvragen, commerciële acties en afspraken. Jij zorgt dat niets blijft liggen en dat kansen worden benut. - Met de vestigingen schakel je continu. Je regelt slimme doorschakelingen wanneer zij in gesprek zijn en bewaakt dat iedere klant direct de juiste collega spreekt. - Structuur is jouw tweede natuur. Je legt contactmomenten zorgvuldig vast, maakt heldere gespreksverslagen en zorgt dat klantinformatie altijd actueel is. - Je creëert overzicht door managementinformatie en rapportages op te stellen en samen met de accountmanagers het klantenbestand sch...
