Fulltime, afwisselend, internationaal en volop ruimte voor groei. Over het werk Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst bij een internationale marktleider in Wormerveer krijg je de kans om jouw commerciële talenten dagelijks in te zetten. Je werkt fulltime in een moderne vestiging en bent direct betrokken bij het ondersteunen van de salesorganisatie. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klanten, dealers, leveranciers en collega's. Je ondersteunt accountmanagers en dealers, hebt veel telefonisch klantcontact en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van commerciële kansen. Daarnaast verwerk je offertes, orders en orderbevestigingen in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ook ontvang je regelmatig klanten in de showroom in Wormerveer, verkoop je gebruikte machines aan handelaren en beheer je leasecontracten en administratieve processen. Je onderhoudt contacten met dealers en leveranciers, beheert de website en e-commerce omgeving, maakt nieuwsbrieven en vertaalt prijslijsten en marketingmateriaal. Verder organiseer je klantenevenementen, huisshows, fabrieksbezoeken in Italië en ondersteun je diverse marketingactiviteiten en advertenties. Deze functie combineert sales, marketing, klantcontact, administratie en organisatie, waardoor je veel ruimte hebt om jezelf breed te ontwikkelen. Je start je werkdag met het checken van nieuwe e-mails, het verwerken van binnengekomen orders en het doornemen van lopende projecten.
