Je komt terecht bij een financieel sterke internationale speler binnen een technische nichemarkt, actief voor distributeurs en retailers wereldwijd. Vanuit het Belgische hoofdkantoor worden klanten in tientallen landen ondersteund en werk je nauw samen met commerciële en logistieke teams in Europa.

De organisatie combineert internationale slagkracht met korte communicatielijnen en een overzichtelijke structuur. Binnen het commerciële team van vier collega’s krijg je snel zicht op klanten, processen en producten. Je bijdrage is zichtbaar en je krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen, klantenrelaties verder uit te bouwen en commerciële opportuniteiten mee op te pikken.

Van klantvraag tot commerciële opvolging

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen internationale klanten, accountmanagers en logistiek. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten professioneel geholpen worden, dossiers correct vooruitgaan en commerciële afspraken worden opgevolgd.

Je bent betrokken bij het volledige traject van klantvraag tot levering.

  • Je beantwoordt klantvragen telefonisch en via e-mail.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen, offertes en leveringen op.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met internationale klanten en bouwt mee aan duurzame relaties.
  • Je ondersteunt accountmanagers en vertegenwoordigers bij de commerciële opvolging.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met het logistieke centrum in Lyon.
  • Je beheert klantgegevens en dossiers correct in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je signaleert commerciële opportuniteiten en deelt relevante informatie met het salesteam.
  • Je bewaakt mee de klanttevredenheid en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen.

De combinatie van klantencontact, commerciële opvolging en verantwoordelijkheid maakt dit een interessante functie voor iemand die graag dicht bij de business werkt.

Voor wie commercieel denkt en graag overzicht houdt

Je haalt energie uit klantencontact, communiceert vlot en volgt dossiers graag correct op. Je werkt gestructureerd, maar kunt ook snel schakelen wanneer klanten of collega’s je nodig hebben.

Je wacht niet af wanneer iets opgelost kan worden, denkt mee en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen dossiers.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen internal sales, customer service, commerciële binnendienst of orderverwerking is een troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en goed Engels. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef; Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht over meerdere dossiers.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt commercieel mee.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Business Central of een ander ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met techniek, motorfietsen of Powersports is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk.

Motivatie, commerciële feeling, leergierigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn zeer belangrijk.
