Omdat Luca Sanitair zich blijft ontwikkelen en groeien, zoeken wij een enthousiaste Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die ons verkoopteam komt versterken. In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, accountmanagers, leveranciers en logistieke afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen en dat orders, offertes en aanvragen soepel worden afgehandeld. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je een dealer met een productvraag, de andere keer stel je een offerte op of zorg je ervoor dat een spoedlevering tijdig bij de klant terechtkomt. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, collega's en leveranciers en weet daarbij altijd het overzicht te bewaren. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ondersteun je onze klanten en accountmanagers en zorg je ervoor dat het volledige verkoopproces soepel verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en begeleiden van klantorders - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes - Telefonisch en per e-mail adviseren van klanten - Beantwoorden van vragen over producten, prijzen en levertijden - Ondersteunen van de accountmanagers buitendienst - Signaleren van commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten - Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Katwijk en hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, collega's en leveranciers.
