Je luistert naar hun wensen, kijkt wat bij hun situatie past en helpt hen bij het vinden van passende verzekeringen. Ook daarna blijf je een aanspreekpunt voor vragen en wijzigingen. Zo zorg je voor persoonlijk contact en een langdurige relatie met onze leden. Zo combineer je jouw verzekeringskennis en paardenpassie in één afwisselende functie. 32 uur per week | Heerenveen Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst heb je een afwisselende functie waarin klantcontact, commercie en verzekeringen samenkomen. Dit ga je doen: ✔ Je adviseert leden en toekomstige leden over verzekeringen die passen bij hun wensen en situatie. ✔J e maakt offertes, volgt verzekeringsaanvragen actief op en ziet kansen om nieuwe leden aan EFO te verbinden. ✔ Je volgt binnenkomende leads op en neemt contact op met potentiële klanten om hun wensen te bespreken en hen verder te helpen. ✔ Je beoordeelt verzekeringsaanvragen en risico's aan de hand van de acceptatierichtlijnen van EFO. ✔ Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande leden en helpt hen bij vragen, wijzigingen en andere zaken rondom hun verzekering. ✔ Je zorgt voor complete en zorgvuldig vastgelegde dossiers en verzamelt hiervoor de benodigde informatie. ✔ Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en schakelt waar nodig met acceptatie, schade en de buitendienst. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken iemand die commercieel én klantgericht is en het leuk vindt om dagelijks met mensen in contact te zijn.
